Meet the Team
Founder, Keith Warner MSc, MCSP, completed his physiotherapy degree at Leeds University and then after 5 years as the Hull Kingston Rovers Physio, moved to The Football Association (The FA) Rehabilitation Centre at Lilleshall. Keith went on to complete an unparalleled two decades with Hull FC, Great Britain Rugby League and Hull City FC as well as managing sports medicine for all age groups at GB Ice Hockey. Other posts include tours with the World XI Cricket Team, World Championship Boxers and caring for numerous performing arts professionals as well as being the Lead Clinician at the 1991 World Student Games in Sheffield.

Don has been working at Warners for over 24 years now and with his skills and expertise has always been an integral part of the club. Dons’ commitment and work ethic has helped the business grow. He has worked closely with Keith Warner, supporting him working alongside clubs such as Hull City, Hull FC, Great Britain Ice Hockey, IIonians Rugby Union, Bishop Burton Rugby Union.

Sarah Fenton
Sarah began her career in the fitness industry as a personal trainer in 2011. In 2012 qualified as a level 4 sports massage therapist and has been treating clients ever since. With a keen interest in returning clients to their sport or improve their activity of daily living she increased her knowledge in the rehabilitation and prevention of injury by completing a Pilates Instructor course, before embarking upon a bachelor’s degree in Sport Rehabilitation at the University of Hull.

After graduating from the University of Hull with a first-class honours degree in Physiotherapy, Sam joined Warners after an extensive career in the fitness and leisure industry. After working with many clients in her career, Sam understands the impact injury and illness can have on an individual’s day to day life and thrives when working with people to help them regain normality again through adaptive and functional exercise therapy.

With a background in gym base and competitive middle distance running Jack understands the demands of training performance and recovery first hand. He has experience working with athletes across amateur and international sport in a range of settings. Jack has also gained clinical experience at NHS clinics working with a wide range of injuries, developing a patient centered approach to care.

Jasmine is a sports rehabilitation student at the University of Hull in her final year. Jasmine supports the rehabilitation team whilst using her skills to help our gym members with inductions, plans and health checks. Her hobbies are netball, long dog walks and Pilate.

Lynda Joy Hields
Lynda has been a valued member of the Warners team for over two years, primarily leading yoga classes and helping meme nerd improve their strength, flexibility, and wellbeing. In addition to teaching yoga, she works in the gym and covers Pilates and Spin classes, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and encouragement to every session.
With a sporting background, Lynda has always been passionate about fitness and healthy living. She met Keith through Barracuda Triathlon Club, where they were both active members, and has competed in a variety of triathlon and endurance events over the years.
Lynda enjoys helping people of all abilities achieve their fitness goals and takes pride in creating welcoming, enjoyable classes that leave participants feeling motivated and confident.
