How do I sign up for the gym?

Simply go the the gym drop down, click on the membership you require and follow the instructions. An account will be created through Teamup.
What is the difference between Just Gym and My health advanced?

The advance membership is a 3 month contract paid by direct debit which gives you access to a personal training session every fortnight, access to all of the free weights, body analysis and a a generous 25% off physiotherapy treatment. This membership is perfect if you require more guidance.
Am I committing to a 12 month contact ?
How do I cancel my membership?

Our Just Gym membership has no contract or joining fee giving you the flexibility to cancel anytime. You can manage your account online. The My health advanced membership is a minimum contract of 3 months, paying monthly. You can cancel the My Health advanced membership after 3 months and transfer to Just Gym through your account online.
You can cancel your membership through your Teamup account then cancel your direct debit. Please inform us by email if you only cancel your direct debit so we can adjust your account and prevent payment from being requested.
11 -16 year olds are able to join the gym but MUST be accompanied by an adult. 16-18 year old must book in for an induction when they join by calling or visiting the reception desk.

Do I need to become a member of the gym to come for Physiotherapy?

No, patients are not required to have a gym membership to have physiotherapy treatment.
Do I get any discount for physiotherapy if I am a gym member?

Yes we offer all of our valued gym members discount. The Just Gym membership gives you 10% discount and the My health advanced has 25% off all physiotherapy treatments.
Yes, we are located next to the police station on Pickering Road. There are over 150 free parking spaces at the entrance to the Peter Pan park.
