Pilates

Our 30 minutes Pilates class is a low impact workout that focuses on core strength, postural alignment and muscle balance. Pilates uses controlled, precise movements to target deep stabilising muscles, particularly in the "powerhouse" (abdomen, lower back, hips, and glutes) to prevent and rehabilitate lower back pain.

Yoga

Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation. While it builds strength and flexibility, the ultimate goal is to create a sense of "union" between the body and mind, fostering both physical health and mental clarity

Spin

A spin class (also known as indoor cycling) is a high-intensity group exercise session performed on a stationary bike. Led by a certified instructor, these classes use a combination of upbeat music, varying resistance, and different riding positions to simulate outdoor terrain such as flat roads, rolling hills, and steep climbs.
